In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. THE APARTMENT
The comfortable 2-room apartment with approx. 60 m² is located on the first floor and has a south-west-facing loggia. The completely furnished apartment with equipment accommodates 2 persons.
The balcony offers a very nice view into the mountains and into the grennery.
The living room, the bedroom and the hall have allergy-friendly design vinyl flooring. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa a sidebaord a TV cabinet and a wardrobe.
The charming bedroom is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames and a child bed. A wardrobe offers enough space for clothes.
The separate kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils and a dining table with four chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower, a toilet, a sink. A hairdryer is in the bathroom. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. A washing machine is in the basement.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the patio. Pets are not allowed.
THE HOUSING AREA
The apartmenthouse is located in a quiet area close to the center of Bad Reichenhall.
Closeby there is the "Bürgermeisterhöhe", where you can go for walking or hiking.
As well there is the Thumsee nearby.
Grosery shops are in the Reichenbachstraße. A bakery is in the Nonner Straße.
