In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking is € 8 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV. There is an extra charge of € 65 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.
All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.
THE APARTMENT
The well-kept 2-room apartment with approx. 72 m² is located on the second floor and has a roofed south/east-facing balcony that offers a magnificent view on the mountain panorama and the country side. The apartment is very comfortably and tastefully furnished and accommodates 2 persons.
All rooms have allergy-friendly hardwood flooring. The living room is furnished with a comfortable upholstered suite with coffee table and a dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames and a spacious closet.
The separate kitchen area is equipped with a high-quality kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower, sink and toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linens are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed balcony. Pets are not allowed.
THE HOUSING AREA
The attractive apartment building is located in a quite area at the outskirts of the city. It is surrounded by a vast green area.
Branching off the Edelweißstraße is the entrance to the underground parking garage with direct access to the respective stairway.
The closest Citybus stop is located in the Salzburger Straße. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
