In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking is € 6 each night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV. There is an extra charge of € 65 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.
All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.
THE APARTMENT
The exclusive 2-room apartment with approx. 54 m² is located on the ground floor and has a south/west- and a south/east-facing patio and accommodates 2 persons. The south patio with access to the garden offers a magnificent view on the Staufen.
The generously spaced apartment has hardwood flooring and is equipped with new and comfortable furniture. The living room is furnished with a convertible sofa that accommodates one person, an extendable dinner table with four chairs, and a wall unit containing a cable TV and a radio.
The kitchenette, which is integrated in the living room, is equipped with electronic stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all conventional cooking utensils. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames and spacious closets. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with folding seat and grab handle. There is also a handle next to the toilet.
There is only one step at the entrance of the house. The apartment is allergy-friendly and barrier-free apart from a few exceptions. There is no landline telephone installed, but there is the option to rent a mobile phone.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the patio that has an electrically extendable marquee. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The newly built property is situated in the central part of the Friedrich-Ebert-Allee, directly across the Rupertuspark. The apartment house is situated in a quiet environment, as the residential area is traffic-calmed and therefore free from through-going traffic.
On the other side of the park, there is the Rupertustherme with brine bath. On the south side of the apartment building is a vast terrace with a marvelous view on the Predigtstuhlmassiv, Hochstaufen and Zwiesel. Via a driveway that branches off the Friedrich-Ebert-Allee, you enter the clearly arranged underground parking garage that has a direct entry to the stairway.
Due to the central location, it only takes a couple of minutes by foot to reach the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center) with auditorium, the Kurgarten (spa park) with foyer, the Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the train station and the post office, the closest food store, a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens and the newly designed pedestrian mall.
There is a bus stop for the Citybus line at the Rupertustherme and the Kurgastzentrum. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
