In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Prices includes electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV, each more person €10,-- a day. There is an extra charge of € 70 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.
All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.
THE APARTMENT
The spacious 2.5-room apartment with approx. 77 m² is located on the third floor and is lined with a south-facing loggia that offers a magnificent view on the mountains and the countryside. The comfortably and tastefully furnished apartment accommodates 2 to 4 persons.
The apartment has allergy-friendly laminate flooring. The living room is furnished with a comfortable upholstered suite, coffee table and a wall system. A little detached from the dining area are two sofa divans that can be used as additional beds. The refurnished bedroom is equipped with a double bed with sprung mattresses and adjustable slatted frames and a spacious closet.
The separate kitchen area is equipped with a dining area with corner bench and a modern, high-quality kitchenette with electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The bathroom is refurbished and equipped with a shower. The refurbished toilet is in a separate room. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The well-kept multi-storey building is situated in a relatively quiet, sunny environment close to the Neue Saline (New Salt Works) and the city hospital. A supermarket and a health club with sauna are located nearby.
An elevator goes down to the entrance. There are parking spaces in front of the house that can be used free of charge. The garbage separation has to be done in a box next to the basement garage drive way. In the basement is a coin-operated washing machine and a dryer that can be used by the guests.
It only takes about 10 minutes on the Führschlachtweg, an idyllic foot path, to reach the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), the Rupertuspark, the Rupertustherme, the Kurgarten (spa garden) with Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, the Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the train station, post office and the newly designed pedestrian mall.
There is a bus stop for public transportation at the corner of Innsbruckerstraße/Führschlachtweg. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
