In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Daily rates plus visitor's tax. 5 Underground parking is € 6 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV. There is an extra charge of € 65 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.
All inclusive rents for stays lasting two months and longer.
THE APARTMENT
The 2-room apartment with approx. 52 m² is located on the first floor and has an east-facing balcony. The balcony offers a partview on the Hochstaufen and Untersberg and the countryside.
All rooms have allergy-friendly hardwood flooring. The living room with dining area is furnished with a comfortable upholstered suite and an armchair. The bedroom is furnished with a slightly raised 2 x 2m double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames and spacious closets.
The separate kitchen area is equipped with a high-quality kitchenette with ceramic glass cooktop and convection oven, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and a toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. The entrance to the apartment is handicapped accessible and the apartment itself is barrier-free.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The apartment building "Haus Staufen" in the Mozartstraße is located in the inner spa town in an exclusive residential Bad Reichenhall neighborhood. It is characterized by its quiet, central location on even ground. The property is surrounded by a park-like green area with a fountain, inviting visitors to linger.
Via a roofed driveway that branches off the Mozartstraße, you will reach the clearly arranged underground parking garage from which you can enter the respective stairway with elevator. All apartments have balconies or patios that are equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs.
The apartments have floor heating and are mostly fitted with allergy-friendly hardwood flooring and in some cases with tiles flooring. There is a radio and a cable TV in every apartment. In some apartments you will find landline phones with charge metering. Due to the rising trend to use mobile phones, their number has been reduced. If needed, a mobile phone can be rented.
Due to the central position, it only takes a couple of minutes by foot to reach the Karlspark, the Kurgarten (spa park) with Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, the Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the municipal hospital, the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), the train station and the post office, the closest food store, a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens and the newly designed pedestrian mall. There are bus stops for public transportation at the station square. Close by are an Edeka food store, a drugstore and Aldi.
The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
