In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. THE APARTMENT
The approx. 40 m² studio apartment with a east-facing loggia is located on the first floor. It accommodates up to 2 persons and is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The loggia offers a great view on the countryside.
The living room with carpet floor is furnished with a sitting corner eating desk und two comfortabel chairs. The slepping room also with carpet floor is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattress and slatted frame and a spacy wardrobe. The seprate kitchen room has a built in kitchen and is equipped with an electric stove with three hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower cabine and a toilet.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed balcony. Pets are not allowed.

THE HOUSING AREA
Haus Adolf-Schmidt-Straße 10. The apartment building is built on a plateau in hillside position and nearly free from traffic noise becaus ist is a a dead end street. Teh house offers an beautiful view on the city of Bad Reichenhall and the adjacent mountains.
The city's pedestrian mall can be reached by foot in a couple of minutes. Due to the apartment's central location, it takes only a couple of walking minutes to reach the Kurmittelhaus der Moderne, the Kurgarten, the Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens, the train station and the post office. The spacious town hall square, the Alte Saline (Old Salt Works) with the Kunstakademie (academy of arts) are only about 700 m away.
On every floor of the building is a washing machine and a dryer for guests. If ordered in advance, an underground parking space can be rented. There is a spa area in the building. Because of the hillside position of the building, we would recommend bringing or renting a car.
The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertus Therme.
