In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV, radio, hifi system. There is an extra charge of € 70 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.
All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.
THE APARTMENT
The comfortable 2-room apartment with approx. 60 m² is located on the second floor and accommodates for 2 - 3 persons. The apartment is newly and very tastefully furnished.
All rooms have allergy-friendly woodflooring. The living room is furnished with a comfortable upholstered suite with coffee table, wall unit, cable TV and a dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames and two spacious closets.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. The toilet is in a separate room. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed area in front of the apartment. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us. The apartment is barrier-free.
THE HOUSING AREA
The property in the Poststraße 20 is located directly in the newly designed pedestrian mall, close to the historic town creek. It is completely free from traffic noise, has bright and friendly rooms and offers a view on the pedestrian mall and the mountains.
The building also houses a dialysis center and different doctor's practices. A pharmacy, restaurants, clothing stores, bakeries, a number of different stores and sidewalk cafés are all in the immediate vicinity. Due to the property's central position, it only takes a couple of walking minutes to reach the spacious town hall square with Alte Saline and academy of arts, the Kurgarten (spa park) with foyer, the Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, the Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens, the train station and the post office. The apartment house with its arcades leading into an atrium with the elegant restaurant Ägidikeller, creates an Italian atmosphere.
The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes. There are no free parking spaces for this building. It is possible to use public pay parking spaces for short-term parking and pay parking lots at the station, in the Münchner Allee and the Zenostraße for long-term parking.
