In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Outdoor parking is € 3 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV. There is an extra charge of € 70 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.
All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.
THE APARTMENT
The 2-room apartment with approx. 67 m² is located on the raised ground floor and has two east-facing balcony.
All rooms have allergy-friendly hardwood flooring and equipped with new and modern furniture. The living room with dining area and kitchenette is furnished with a comfortable sofa. If necessary, the sofa can be pulled out as additional sleeping space.
The bedroom is furnished with a slightly raised 2 x 2m double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames and spacious closets.
The kitchenette is equipped with a high-quality kitchenette with ceramic glass cooktop and convection oven, coffee maker, toaster dish washer and all conventional cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a seperat shower and a toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. There is a coin-operated washing machine in the basement of the residential complex that can be used.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The apartment building Mackstraße 6 is located in the inner spa town in an exclusive residential Bad Reichenhall neighborhood. It is characterized by its quiet, central location on even ground. Directly next to the building there is the spa park with the graduation house. If the wind conditions are appropriate, free space inhalations are possible on the balcony.
On the side of the building you can find the outdoor parking spaces. The balconys have a table and three chairs.
Due to the central position, it only takes a couple of minutes by foot to reach the Karlspark, the Kurgarten (spa park) with Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, the Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the municipal hospital, the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), the train station and the post office, the closest food store, a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens and the newly designed pedestrian mall. There are bus stops for public transportation at the station square. Close by are an Edeka food store, a drugstore and Aldi.
The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme.
