In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking is € 6 each night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV. There is an extra charge of € 70 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.
All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.
THE APARTMENT
The exclusive 2-room apartment with approx. 72 m² is located on 3rd floor and has a south/west- and a north/west-facing balcony and accommodates 2 to 4 persons. The balconies offer a magnificent view on the local mountains and the vast green area.
The generously spaced apartment has laminate flooring and is equipped with partly new and comfortable furniture. The living room is furnished with a convertible sofa that can be pulled out, providing another sleeping space. There is also a wall unit with books and a sideboard with TV.
The seperated kitchenette is equipped with electronic stove and oven, washing mashine, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The dining table area with four chairs is in the extended hallway area.
The bedroom has laminate flooring and is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames and spacious closets. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and sink.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the patio that has an electrically extendable marquee. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The residatial complex is situated in the beginning of the Friedrich-Ebert-Allee, between the Kurgastzentrum and the rose garden, which merges into the Rupertuspark with the Rupertustherme. The apartment house is situated in a quiet environment, as the residential area is traffic-calmed and therefore free from through-going traffic.
Via a driveway that branches off the Friedrich-Ebert-Allee, you enter the clearly arranged underground parking garage that has a direct entry to the stairway.
Due to the central location, it only takes a couple of minutes by foot to reach the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center) with auditorium, the Kurgarten (spa park) with foyer, the Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the train station and the post office, the closest food store, a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens and the newly designed pedestrian mall.
There is a bus stop for the Citybus line at the Rupertustherme and the Kurgastzentrum. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
