In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking is € 8 per night if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV. There is an extra charge of € 70 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.
All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.
THE APARTMENT
The comfortable 2-room apartment with approx. 65 m² is located on the ground floor and has a south-facing patio. The completely refurnished apartment with above-average equipment accommodates 2 persons.
The living room and the bedroom have allergy-friendly hardwood flooring. The living room is furnished with a comfortable upholstered suite, dinner table with four chairs and a TV cabinet.
The charming bedroom is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames. The hallway has tile flooring.
The separate kitchen area is equipped with a modern kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The spacious bathroom with window is equipped with bathtub, toilet and sink and has an electric exhaust fan. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the patio. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The new and appealing apartment building is located at the corner of Maximilianstraße / Weißstraße.
Due to the central position, it takes only a couple of minutes by foot to reach the Rupertuspark, the Rupertustherme with brine bath and wellness area, the Kurgarten (spa park) with foyer, the Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, the Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the municipal hospital, the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), the train station and the post office, the closest food store, a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens and the newly designed pedestrian mall.
There are bus stops for public transportation in the Innsbruckerstraße and in the Kurfürstenstraße. The Citybus, which you can use free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
