In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. For each additional person € 10 per day are charged, No charge for children up to the age of 4.
Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking is € 5 per night if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, sat TV. There is an extra charge of € 65 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.

All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.
THE APARTMENT
The comfortable 2-room apartment with approx. 56 m² is located on the second floor and has a eath-facing loggia The completely refurnished apartment with above-average equipment accommodates 2 to 3 persons.
The balcony offers a very nice view into the greenery.
The living room the bedroom and the hall have allergy-friendly hardwood flooring. The living room is furnished with a comfortable upholstered suite and a TV cabinet. The sofa can be used as a bed for a third person.
The charming bedroom is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames. The hallway has tile flooring. A wardrobe offer enough space for clothes.
The kitchen line ist integrated in the living room area is equipped with a modern kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dinner table with four chairs and all conventional cooking utensils. The bathroom with window is equipped with bathtub, shower cabin, toilet and sink. A hairdryer is in the bathroom. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the patio. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The building ist not far away from the public swimming area Marzoll. The frontier to the Austria is also no far away
There is a bus stop for public transportation not far away . The bus, which you can use free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
