The studio apartments are self-contained apartments with the living- and sleeping area combined in one room. The kitchenette is either located in a separate kitchen area or integrated in the hallway. There is usually enough space for 1 to 2 persons. In exceptional cases, an additional sleeping facility is available. See the respective apartment descriptions for details.

Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking € 4 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), laundry, VAT, cable TV. Extra charge of € 60 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels.
All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer. Included rent each month € 700,-- for one person.
THE APARTMENT
The approx. 48 m² 1.5-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a north-west-facing patio that offers a magnificent view on the Zwiesel and the Hochstaufen. The apartment accommodates 1 to 2persons.
The apartment has laminat flooring. The sleeping area is an open bed alcove, separated from the living area that contains a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames. The appealingly laid-out living area is furnished with a dinner table, two chairs, cable TV and a comfortable convertible sofa.
The kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with electric stove, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The bathroom with electric exhaust fan is equipped with a bathtub with shower, a sink and a toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the patio. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The newly built apartment building is situated in a quiet and central location and surrounded by a vast green area.
Close by is a bus stop for public transportation. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
