The studio apartments are self-contained apartments with the living- and sleeping area combined in one room. The kitchenette is either located in a separate kitchen area or integrated in the hallway. There is usually enough space for 1 to 2 persons. In exceptional cases, an additional sleeping facility is available. See the respective apartment descriptions for details.

THE APARTMENT
The approx. 40 m² studio apartment is located on the ground floor and has a patio facing south that offers a view on the Predigtstuhl mountain chain and the Hochstaufen mountain. It accommodates up to 4 persons.
The apartment has an allergy-friendly tile flooring. In the combined living- and bedroom is a wall system that accommodates a double folding bed with sprung mattress and slatted frame. The spacious room is also furnished with a cozy dining area with a corner bench, cable TV and a comfortable convertible sofa that accommodates two additional persons.
The practical kitchenette, which is integrated in a separate part of the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The spacious bathroom with electric exhaust fan has a bathtub with shower, sink and toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the partially roofed balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The modern and attractive apartment building is situated in a quiet location, close to the city center. It is surrounded by a vast green area.
Branching off the Münchner Allee is the entrance to the underground garage from which you can directly enter the stairway of the respective house.
The Citybus stop in the Salzburger Straße is only 150 meters away. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
