The approx. 57 m² 1.5-room apartment is located on the first floor. It is very tastefully and comfortably furnished, has two north/east-facing balconies and accommodates 1 to 2 persons.

The north/east-facing balconies offer a view on the Rupertuspark and partly on the adjacent mountains. In the combined living- and bedroom is a slightly secluded bed alcove with a double bed with sprung mattress and slatted frame. An upholstered three-piece suite with coffee table and a comfortable corner bench suite complete the living room's furnishing. If required, the sofa can be converted into a bed to accommodate a third person. The combined living- and bedroom has allergy friendly laminate flooring. The separate kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with electric stove with two hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dish washer and all conventional cooking utensils. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, bathtub and toilet.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the balconies. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
