The studio apartments are self-contained apartments with the living- and sleeping area combined in one room. The kitchenette is either located in a separate kitchen area or integrated in the hallway. There is usually enough space for 1 to 2 persons. In exceptional cases, an additional sleeping facility is available. See the respective apartment descriptions for details.

THE APARTMENT
The approx. 40 m² 1.5-room apartment is located on the ground floor and has a south-facing patio that offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl and the Hochstaufen. The apartment accommodates 1 to 3 persons.
The apartment has carpet flooring. The sleeping area is an open bed alcove, separated from the living area that contains a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames. The appealingly laid-out living area is furnished with a dinner table, two chairs, cable TV and a comfortable convertible sofa that accommodates another person, if necessary.
The separate kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with electric stove, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The spacious bathroom with electric exhaust fan is equipped with a bathtub with shower, a sink and a toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the patio. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The newly built apartment building is situated in a quiet and central location and surrounded by a vast green area.
Branching off the Thumseestraße is the entrance to the underground parking garage with direct access to the stairways. The patio is well-shielded and not visible from the outside due to the dense shrubbery.
Close by is a bus stop for public transportation. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
