The studio apartments are self-contained apartments with the living- and sleeping area combined in one room. The kitchenette is either located in a separate kitchen area or integrated in the hallway. There is usually enough space for 1 to 2 persons. In exceptional cases, an additional sleeping facility is available. See the respective apartment descriptions for details.

THE APARTMENT
The approx. 43 m² studio apartment is located on the raised ground floor and has a balcony facing south-east. It accommodates up to 2 persons.
The apartment has an allergy-friendly wood flooring. In the combined living- and bedroom is a sofa bed, which can be converted into a double bed in just a few steps. The living room is generous in terms of space. The living-bedroom is additionally furnished with a dining table with two chairs, a sideboard with a TV and a wardrobe.
The separated kitchen room has a kitchen line, which is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The spacious bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a washing mashine. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the partially roofed balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The apartment building is situated in a quiet location, close to the city center. The street is a dead-end street and therefore traffic-calmed. Behind the house is the parking lot. There on the right hand side you can find the garbage cans.
Closeby there is a supermarket.
The nearby Nonner Au is perfect for hikes, walkes and bike tours.
