The studio apartments are self-contained apartments with the living- and sleeping area combined in one room. The kitchenette is either located in a separate kitchen area or integrated in the hallway. There is usually enough space for 1 to 2 persons. In exceptional cases, an additional sleeping facility is available. See the respective apartment descriptions for details.

THE APARTMENT
The approx. 42 m² studio apartment is located on the ground floor and has a south/east-facing patio that offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl and the countryside. The comfortable apartment is completely refurnished and accommodates up to 4 persons.
The combined living- and bedroom with stucco moldings, is furnished with a wall system that accommodates two easy-to-handle folding beds with sprung mattresses and slatted frames. There is also an upholstered suite with coffee table, as well as a cosy dining area. If required, the sofa can be converted to accommodate two persons.
The room has allergy-friendly hardwood flooring. The separate kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with electric stove with ceramic glass cooktop and oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linens are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the patio. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
The newly built property is situated in the central part of the Friedrich-Ebert-Allee, directly across the Rupertuspark. The apartment house is situated in a quiet environment, as the residential area is traffic-calmed and therefore free from through-going traffic.
On the other side of the park, there is the new Rupertustherme with brine bath. On the south side of the apartment building, there is a vast terrace with a marvelous view on the Predigstuhlmassiv, Hochstaufen and Zwiesel. Via a driveway that branches off the Friedrich-Ebert-Allee, you enter the clearly arranged underground parking garage that has a direct entry to the stairway.
Due to the central location, it only takes a couple of minutes by foot to reach the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center) with auditorium, the Kurgarten (spa park) with foyer, the Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the train station and the post office, the closest food store, a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens and the newly designed pedestrian mall.
There is a bus stop for the Citybus line at the Rupertustherme and the Kurgastzentrum. The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
