The studio apartments are self-contained apartments with the living- and sleeping area combined in one room. The kitchenette is either located in a separate kitchen area or integrated in the hallway. There is usually enough space for 1 to 2 persons. In exceptional cases, an additional sleeping facility is available. See the respective apartment descriptions for details.

For each additional person, € 10 are charged per day. Children up to the age of 4 stay free of charge.
Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking € 8 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), laundry, VAT, cable TV. Extra charge of € 55 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels.
All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.
THE APARTMENT
The approx. 32 m² studio apartment with a southt-facing loggia is located on the fifth floor. It accommodates up to 2 persons and is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The south-east loggia offers a great view on the greenry.
The living- and sleeping area is furnished with a wall system that accommodates a closet and two easy-to-handle folding beds with sprung mattress and slatted frame. The room also contains a two-seater with coffee table and a dinner table with two chairs. The living- and sleeping area has an allergy-friendly laminate flooring. The separate kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with electric stove with two hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, bathtub and toilet.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
THE HOUSING AREA
Haus Panorama is located in the Baderstraße 5. The apartment building is built on a plateau in hillside position and is completely free from traffic noise with a beautiful view on the city of Bad Reichenhall and the adjacent mountains.
The city's pedestrian mall can be reached by foot in a couple of minutes. Due to the apartment's central location, it takes only a couple of walking minutes to reach the Kurmittelhaus der Moderne, the Kurgarten, the Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens, the train station and the post office. The spacious town hall square, the Alte Saline (Old Salt Works) with the Kunstakademie (academy of arts) are only about 700 m away.
On every floor of the building is a washing machine and a dryer for guests. If ordered in advance, an underground parking space can be rented. Because of the hillside position of the building, we would recommend bringing or renting a car.
The Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme.
