The studio apartments are self-contained apartments with the living- and sleeping area combined in one room. The kitchenette is either located in a separate kitchen area or integrated in the hallway. There is usually enough space for 1 to 2 persons. In exceptional cases, an additional sleeping facility is available. See the respective apartment descriptions for details.

The one-room apartment with approx. 30 m² on the 1st floor with a north-west balcony offers space for 1 to 2 people. The balcony offers a view of the Staufen and Zwiesel.
The apartment is designed with a wooden floor. The sleeping area with a fixed double bed with innerspring mattresses and slatted frames. The attractively divided living room is furnished with a dining table, two chairs, a color TV,
The spatially separated kitchen area with integrated kitchenette is equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and all common household utensils. The spacious bathroom with electric exhaust fan has a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
Out of consideration for our spa guests, smoking is not allowed in the apartments. No objection to smoking on the balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation.
THE HOUSING AREA
The condominium is quiet and centrally located.
There is a free parking space in front of the property. A parking space is assigned to the apartment.
There is a bus stop nearby. The city bus commutes between Rathausplatz with the Alter Saline and Kunstakademie, St. Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertus-Therme and can be used free of charge with the guest/spa card.
