The 3- and 4-room apartments have two or three separate bedrooms and one living room. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other bedrooms are either furnished with a double bed, a single bed or a bunk bed that is suitable for grown-ups. In addition, most of the living rooms contain convertible sofas. The apartments therefore provide sleeping facilities for 2 to 8 persons. See the respective apartment description for details.

For each additional person € 15 per day are charged. No charge for children up to the age of 4.
Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV. There is an extra charge of € 90 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.
Inclusive rents three months minimum stay.
THE APARTMENT
The 3-room apartment with approx. 90 m² is located on the second floor and offers a view on the mountains and the vast park area. The apartment is equipped with tasteful, individual and comfortable furniture and accommodates up to 4 persons.
The apartment has a living room and two separate bedrooms. All the rooms besides the kitchen have allergy-friendly laminate flooring.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa group, a sideboard with TV and a coffee table. Each bedroom contains a double bed with sprung mattresses and adjustable slatted frames and a wardrobe.
The separate kitchen room is equipped with a kitchenette with an elecric stove with oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all conventional cooking utensils. In the kitchen room there is a big dinning table with four chairs.
The bathroom is equipped with a threshold-free shower, a bath tube, a hand basin and a toilete. There is also a separate toilete room. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.
In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us. The house rules must be adhered to.
THE HOUSING AREA
The Villa Sophie is a thoroughly modernized Art Nouveau villa from the turn of the century. It is located at Anton-Winkler-Straße 5 in Bad Reichenhall, close to the city center. Because of the Berchtesgadner Straße there can be traffic noises. But the modern windows of all apartments are soundproofed.
The apartment is surrounded by a spacious park in which is also a historical pavilion. There are enough parking spaces on the property. There is a coin-operated washing machine and a dryer in the basement.
Due to the central position, it takes only a couple of walking minutes to reach the Florianiplatz and the Alte Saline, which is adjacent to the pedestrian zone. There is also the Karlspark, the Kurgarten (spa park) with Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, the Kurmittelhäuser (wellness and therapy centers), the municipal hospital, the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), the train station and the post office, the closest food store, a variety of good restaurants with cozy beer gardens and the newly designed pedestrian mall.
