The 3- and 4-room apartments have two or three separate bedrooms and one living room. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other bedrooms are either furnished with a double bed, a single bed or a bunk bed that is suitable for grown-ups. In addition, most of the living rooms contain convertible sofas. The apartments therefore provide sleeping facilities for 2 to 8 persons. See the respective apartment description for details.

For each additional person € 10 per day are charged.  No charge for children up to the age of 4.

Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking is € 6 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV. There is an extra charge of € 85 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.

THE APARTMENT

The 3-room apartment with approx. 85 m² is located on the second/attic floor and has a roofed north/west-facing balcony. The modern and tastefully furnished apartment accommodates 2 to 5 persons.

The apartment consists of a large living room and two separate bedrooms. All rooms (except for bathroom and kitchen) have allergy-friendly hardwood flooring. The roofed balcony is equipped with outside furniture and offers a wonderful view on the mountains and the countryside.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable upholstered suite, wall system with TV and a dining area with corner bench, dinner table and chairs. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds with sprung mattresses
and adjustable slatted frames and closets.

In the cellar is a room with a washing machine which can be used.

The separate kitchen area is equipped with a modern kitchenette with an electric stove with ceramic glass cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us. The house rules must be adhered to.

THE HOUSING AREA

The house in the Weberstraße 41 is lociated in Bayerisch Gmain in a completely quiet, sunny location close to nature. The apartment is on the second/attic floor and part of a private condominium with 6 accommodation units and offers a magnificent view on the mountains and the countryside.

If ordered in advance, an underground parking space can be rented. The hotel-restaurant Klosterhof is in close proximity offering traditional cuisine. We would also recommend the restaurant in the nearby Feuerwehrheim (fire brigade hostel).

Through the Kirchholz area, it takes about 10 walking minutes over idyllic forest tracks to reach the Karlspark of Bad Reichenhall and from there it takes another couple of minutes to reach the Kurgarten (spa garden) with Gradierwerk (thorn house) and music pavilion, the Kurmittelhaus der Moderne, the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center), the station and the post office and the newly designed pedestrian mall.

The next bus stop for public transportation is located in the nearby Feuerwehrheimstraße. The Citybus travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and the academy of arts and St.Zeno/Mayerhof as well as the Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
