THE APARTMENT
There are 7 furnished rooms on the first and second floor. The rooms are furnished with one ore two single beds oder a double bed.
Further are a night desk with lamp, a desk with one ore two chairs a wardrobe and a TV set fixed on the wall. WLAN is offered.
One room on the first floor has a sink in the room but no direct bath room. One the same floor is a WC and on the second floor is a bathroom with shower cabin, sink and WC.
Monthly renting minimum three months. The monthly price each person is € 400,-- If there a two person in one room each person € 300,-- a month

THE HOUSING AREA
The former Guesthouse is nowaday a boarding house preferred to craftsman and staff of enterprises.
On the groundfloor is a common recreation room with three desks an 12 seats.
There is a kitchen line with all equipment and a big refrigerator.
In front of the house it is a big terrace and a garden which can be used.
In the direct environment is the local recreation area Högelwörther See to go to swim and a nice guest house with beergarden.
In the front of the house are bus stops in two directions to Bad Reichenhall and to Teisendorf. Look on the time table.
