In the 2-room apartments, living- and bedroom are separate rooms. The living rooms contain spare beds, either in the form of wall-mounted folding beds or convertible sofas. The kitchenette is usually in a separate room. In some of the apartments, bathroom and WC are separate. The apartments accommodate 2 to 4 persons. For each additional person € 8 per day are charged. For children aged 5 to 16, € 4 per day are charged. No charge for children up to the age of 4.

Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking is € 6 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, cable TV. There is an extra charge of € 65 for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels for 2 persons and € 5 for each additional person.

All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.

THE APARTMENT

The 2-room apartment with approx. 64 m² is located on the second floor and has an east-facing loggia that offers a magnificent view on the countryside and the adjacent mountains. The apartment accommodates 2 to 3 persons.

The rooms have allergy-friendly hardwood flooring. The living room is furnished with an upholstered suite, a coffee table and a decorative wall system, a cabinet and a TV. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and adjustable slatted frames and a spacious closet.

The separate kitchen area is equipped with a brand new  kitchenette with electric stove with oven, dish washer, coffee maker, watercooker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The refurbished bathroom is equipped with a shower with folding seat, sink and toilet. Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. A landline phone is installed.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed balcony by closed balkony door . Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

THE HOUSING AREA

Ein Lift führt bis in die Tiefgarage. Im Untergeschoss des Haus befinden sich eine Münzwaschmaschine und ein Trockner, die von den Gästen mit genutzt werden kann.

The well-kept apartment building lies in a relatively silent and sunny location between the Neue Saline (New Salt Works) and the city hospital.

An elevator goes down to the underground garage. A coin-operated washing machine and a dryer that can be used by all residents are located in the basement. It takes about 10 walking minutes to the Kurgastzentrum (visitor's center) and to the city center. Close by are a shopping center and a fitness center with sauna.

The nature park Saalachauen, which is ideal for long relaxing walks, is in the direct vicinity, and the picturesque Thumsee is only three kilometers away. There is a bus stop in the Innsbruckerstraße and the Citybus, which can be used free of charge with the visitor's card, travels between the Rathausplatz (town hall square) with Alte Saline and academy of arts, St.Zeno/Mayerhof and Rupertustherme every 12 minutes.
